1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LabhSethu platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service. LabhSethu reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom to use LabhSethu. Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in suspension and forfeiture of any earned cashback.

3. How Cashback Works

Cashback is earned when you click through a merchant link on LabhSethu and complete a qualifying purchase. To be eligible for cashback:

• You must click through from LabhSethu to the retailer before making your purchase.
• The purchase must be completed in the same browser session without visiting other cashback or voucher sites.
• You must not use an ad-blocker or browser extension that may interfere with tracking.
• The purchase must not be returned, cancelled, or refunded.

4. Cashback Rates & Confirmation

Cashback rates are set by our merchant partners and may change at any time without notice. Cashback typically moves from "Pending" to "Confirmed" within 1 to 90 days depending on the retailer. LabhSethu is not responsible for delays in cashback confirmation caused by retailers. We reserve the right to decline cashback if a transaction cannot be verified.

5. Payments

Confirmed cashback can be withdrawn once your balance reaches the minimum withdrawal threshold. Payments are processed via bank transfer or other methods made available on the platform. LabhSethu aims to process withdrawal requests within 30 business days.

6. Referral Programme

Users may invite others to join LabhSethu using a unique referral code. Referral bonuses are awarded when the referred user signs up and completes their first qualifying purchase. Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals will result in forfeiture of referral bonuses and possible account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts or provide false information.
• Manipulate cashback tracking or exploit system errors.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

LabhSethu reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms. In such cases, any pending or unconfirmed cashback may be forfeited. You may also close your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Limitation of Liability

LabhSethu acts as an intermediary between users and retailers. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of any merchant's products or services. LabhSethu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
