Withdrawal Guide
Follow these simple steps to withdraw your earnings.
Check Your Balance
Log in to your LabhSethu account and visit your Dashboard. Check that your confirmed cashback balance meets the minimum threshold for your chosen payout method. Only confirmed cashback (not pending) is available for withdrawal.
Go to Withdraw
From the Dashboard, click the "Withdraw" button. You'll be taken to the payout request screen where you can view your available balance and choose your preferred withdrawal method.
Choose a Payout Method
Select Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Gift Voucher. If it's your first withdrawal, you'll be prompted to add and verify your payment details (bank account number & sort code, or PayPal email address).
Enter the Amount
Enter how much you'd like to withdraw (up to your full available balance). The minimums are £10 for bank transfer, £5 for PayPal, and £2.50 for gift vouchers.
Confirm & Submit
Review the withdrawal details — method, amount, and destination — then click "Confirm Withdrawal". You'll receive a confirmation email once your request is submitted.
Receive Your Money
Sit back and wait for your payment to arrive. Bank transfers arrive in 3–5 business days, PayPal in 1–2 business days, and gift vouchers are delivered instantly by email.
Good to Know
Confirmed Cashback Only
Only confirmed cashback can be withdrawn. Pending cashback must be validated by the merchant first, which can take 30–90 days depending on the retailer.
Identity Verification
To prevent fraud, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing your first withdrawal. This is a one-time process and takes only a few minutes.
Payment Schedules
Withdrawal requests are batched and processed on weekdays. Requests submitted after 4 pm GMT or on weekends are processed the next business day.
Account Inactivity
Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to a maintenance fee on remaining balances. Keep your account active by logging in regularly.
